The absorbent core layer is mainly composed of a mixture of SAP and fluff pulp wrapped by a non-woven material. SAP is a macromolecular water-absorbing resin, which can absorb hundreds or even thousands of times its own weight and has strong water retention capacity, so it is also called high water absorption or stronger water absorption. Fluff pulp is a kind of high-grade water-absorbent pulp, which is made by pulverizing it into fluff tufts with a bleaching drum dry pulp board in a shredder, and it mainly acts as a conveying pipe in the absorbent core layer. The liquid absorption principle of pull-up pants (or diapers) is as follows: First, the fluff pulp quickly absorbs and diffuses the liquid through the capillary tube, and then the liquid in the pulp fiber is absorbed by the SAP, and the pulp returns to the dry state and then absorbs the next liquid. Absorb urine to form a colloid, which can lock the liquid from being squeezed out even under external pressure. To judge the quality or water absorption of a pair of pull-up pants, it is inaccurate to directly observe the thickness of a diaper or compare it with a polymer absorbent resin.
