Since October, the police have received 4 consecutive reports that a person named Li Zhiqiang pretended to be a sanitary napkin agent to defraud sanitary napkins. The most recent report was on December 15. The victim was a salesperson from four hygiene product companies in Shandong and Hebei.
The police investigation found that the modus operandi of the four cases was the same. As a sanitary napkin agent, Li Zhiqiang asked the company's salesperson to ship the goods first, and said that the payment was made on delivery. However, when the goods were delivered, Li Zhiqiang never gave the money! The salesmen of these companies also visited Li Zhiqiang's residence to find him, but found that the address was fake and the phone was turned off, as if it had evaporated overnight. However, the police found that Li Zhiqiang had always picked up the goods by himself from the logistics company, so he could not find his real residence at all.
Subsequently, the police began to analyze the recent documents of the logistics companies in the county one by one, and finally found that a man surnamed Liu had frequent logistics exchanges recently and received more sanitary napkins and wet wipes.
At noon on the 22nd, the police attacked decisively and raided Liu's rental house. The moment the door was opened, the police were stunned by the sight in front of them: boxes of wet wipes and sanitary napkins were piled up in a hut less than 20 square meters. Liu confessed that he was sentenced to jail for fraud in 2011 and 'accumulated' a certain amount of fraud experience.
