Contact Sales at V-Care Sanitary
Speaking of diapers, everyone is familiar. In fact, the state has established strict standards for the use of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and hygiene indicators for such sanitary products that are in direct contact with the human body. While adult diapers and baby diapers are basically the same in product principle and structure, there are big differences between the two in terms of performance and technical indicators and hygiene and safety standards.
Both baby diapers and adult diapers are generally composed of the following four layers: surface layer, flow guide layer, absorbent core, and bottom film. The absorbent core is the core of the diaper and the main material of the diaper. Urine is stored in the core. The absorbent cores of current diapers on the market (whether baby diapers or adult diapers) are basically composed of fluff pulp (pulp) and water-absorbing polymer particles (SAP). Fluff pulp (paper pulp) stores a large amount of urine and has a fast absorption rate, but it still has a fatal problem-it is easy to reverse osmosis after being squeezed by an external force, which requires a polymer (SAP) to solve it.
SAP is a fine particle water-absorbing resin. It not only absorbs a large amount of water but also locks water: SAP can absorb tens of times its own volume of liquid, and it will become gelatinous after absorbing and expanding, and will not seep back even if it is squeezed by an external force. Therefore, the quality of the core largely determines the quality of the diaper.
Recommended reason: VCARE adult care series include Vcare adult diapers and Vcare multifunctional nursing pads, suitable for maternal and infant care, post-operative care, bed incontinent people or pet diapers, etc., with various uses; instant absorption dry, good air permeability, skin Dry and healthy; no fluorescent agent, bleaching agent and other substances added, safe and secure.
